TOP's doors are always open to any person, artist or otherwise, who wants to explore theatre art in a professional community theatre setting.

TOP believes that great performance art is often found in the collective spirit of ensemble effort, so TOP makes every effort to work with anyone and everyone beginning with where ever someone is coming from at any given moment.

TOP's process-oriented focus encourages all participants to make mistakes and to develop as confident artists, so TOP settles for nothing less than casting willing artists into challenging roles in challenging shows.
